Cancellation Policy

In case Rauhalahti Kuopio Maraton is forced to be cancelled due to weather conditions or for any other reason that is out of the orgaziner’s control, the competitor or participant have right to tranfer his/her admission for the next year’s event without any extra costs.

In the event of cancellation, a competitor or participant is not entitled to receive a reimbursement for his/her admission fee. the competitor or participant have right to tranfer his/her admission for the next year’s event without any extra costs.

If the course is shortened due to extreme snow conditions or any other cause that the organizer has no control over, the admission fee is not reimbursed nor is the competitor or participant entitled to any discounts or any other forms of reimbursement.
